Apartment at Golf Del Sur, Tenerife

This is a large two-bedroomed, luxury apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the new San Miguel Marina which, when completed, will be the largest private marina in Tenerife.


The apartment is on a small, peaceful complex of about 80 apartments located in three blocks. It is located on the front block overlooking the sea, and may be reached by stairs from the road or by lift from the Reception area. The whole complex is aesthetically pleasing with the swimming pool, and a large garden and terrace. The apartment door opens onto the swimming pool.



There is a car park opposite the front of the complex. On the road behind the complex, buses to various destinations may be caught. Taxis are available, and there is a car hire facility nearby.

The apartment is spaciously laid out with an open plan kitchen and dining area opening onto a comfortable lounge, with ample seating, which has two large patio windows looking out over the ocean. The kitchen looks out onto the swimming pool area.




The front patio is extremely large and faces south. There is also a shady, gated back patio which opens out onto the large sunny pool area. The large swimming pool and Jacuzzi are tastefully surrounded by attractive flower beds.

The Master Bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second Bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers, and a ceiling fan. There is a shower in the second bathroom.


The complex is at the southern-most point of the Golf Del Sur.

The Golf del Sur is situated about ten minutes taxi/car ride south of the airport. The area is quiet and the locality is tastefully landscaped and surrounded by golf courses. Golfers wishing to use the Golf Del Sur Golf Club may obtain 20% reduction in their green fees by quoting our name and address at the clubhouse. There is a bowling resort next door. There are a number of restaurants close to the complex and a bar for sports fans to watch their favourite matches. All are quiet and unobtrusive.

Within walking distance is the small shopping and restaurant area of San Blas, which is UK friendly. For those who prefer to sample a more 'Tenerifan' way of life, the delightful little fishing village of Los Abrigos is about 30 - 40 minutes away on foot along the cliff path and beach. Many exceptionally good fish restaurants can be found there.

The nearest livelier town is Los Cristianos to the south, from which you can take the ferry to the nearby island of La Gomera.

Price per week: £400; Easter, Christmas and New Year: £425. Extra days may be rented at £50 per day.
